Our joint team coaching program is entering the next round. Almost the entire crew was at the mothership in Hamburg, with some members joining online.
The „Masterminds together culture program“ serves to strengthen and optimise teamwork. It also supports the development of loom we are GC under the claim „Growing better toghether“.
Tips and ideas for improving collaboration were developed from the formulated status quo. We had another intensive time together.
Last but not least, this workshop was characterised by the performance of Børre Antonsen. The „Synergizer“ showed us new possibilities and techniques for our daily work in an entertaining and exciting way.
