I fucked up
First of all – I am aware, so, sorry for the language, but my „simple English“ is that – an illustration of the point.
I «fucked up» – but that’s fine – here is why, it was the only way to learn – this is what I did =
Synergizing Leadership is about systematically growing safe but challenging RELATIONSHIP.
For some 30-odd years, or closer to 40, shit – I AM getting older, hope is – wiser…?
So, walking to the office – it dawned on me – actually it was more like a hammer – to my brain. How dumb I have been – acting. Thirty ++ years it took – to learn THIS.
Doing my best is about – always doing my best effort, yes, but why? ‘
For the team.
Why?
Well – more or less always, so let’s say always – the end result of something is about the team effort. So you can win one battle but not a war – alone.
For all my work life I have been struggling with this – how do I do my best, and how do I know that?
I learned, TODAY, just now – that doing my best is giving all I have in the moment of now + learning from IT.
And – how to behave in order to TRULY do my best – is about finding, using, and growing my own uniqueness – TOGETHER with others.
And that is it. If you find and use your uniqueness, so you being you, and then systematically learn from that, you grow = 30 years later you get the answer:-D And it is a MOSAIC answer – which means, I put good practice (puzzle pieces) together – but with my personal unique twist = I find my way, using super smart peoples advice ON ME = mosaic solution.
Appletree Innovationcy is an Innovationcy, this means that I innovate, as in add value – always, systematically.
Apple – we are all the same – an apple with unique seeds of thought and ideas that potentially can grow and improve the Universe. There is a saying that the sky is the limit – but no, there is no, limit – because the Universe is the unknown, there is no limit to YOU and your you-nique-ness as long as you learn. Learn (and grow) what we can only truly do together.
Three are the three dimensions of you – individual + team + leadership = Synergizing Leadership Culture.

So putting this – into INNOVATIONCY, this is what (and how) you get it. Innovation is an action. To implement, as in successfully improve something, by adding value – always. That is the END GOAL for Apl3i (Appletree Innovationcy in “modern language”).
Innovation is normally defined as something like – something new and/or different – that adds value.
So – here we grow – this is what TODAYS learning – grew out of me, and the relationship of “you”, the others.
This – the insight that I grew, I did not do – alone, Carsten helped me.
Who is he? “Just” a contester (not just – but just as well:-D of the last Innovation Program I am currently running. Masterminds Innovation Program for short ( he is an important contestant – but still just another you-nique person – who wants to do his best).
HE, Carsten, it IS his actual name so he can see it – and yes, I sent this to him – before posting it on Linkedin. Carsten brought this to my attention – that the Masterminds Together Culture Innovation Program – result, was that – relationship. And not the safe and cuddly relationship version. Yes, we might have to start a bit about that – but not the end result version. The end result version of a synergizing relationship = is safe but challenged.
“We do have a mission of finding, using and growing together” – he said, and they do, but he kept growing with, “we don’t LIVE it (the Mission). “We don’t DO it – not really”, and my insight was – not systematically. And that is the argument for things take time – and a program is not a year, it is THE PROCESS, of at least more:-D
So – your job is to – do your best, FOR THE TEAM effort – which in the end – is the end result.
And the end result is never the END – it is always a part of the goal – of it all, at work and in life – in the end, it is (was) all about the PROCESS.
It was not about WHAT I did but HOW I did whatever I did. You know, it is not what happens to you – that is life, no not really – life is about what you do to what happens to you.
Life (and work) is NOT about WHAT but about HOW.
HOW then?
How then?
The synergy process.
That means – if we then learn, to find and use our you-niqueness together = we grow smarter together. THAT is the end goal – the process. We are all the same, unique, and we all want to do our best and grow to our potential – THAT can only be done though – TOGETHER. Maslow was right – I guess.
This is what “Synergizing Leadership” is all about.
Synergizing Leadership – is all about systematically growing RELATIONSHIP together.
But they have to be psychologically safe, and not in the sugar-coated version most people seem to think about, that you should be relaxed and not challenged, NO! Real psychological safety is the safe BUT challenged one – where you dare to be you fully AND are challenged so you can learn from your fuck-ups.
‘That is what I did. Dare you?
Yes, yes, I hear it all the time – you dare. Of course, you do. In your HEAD. Reality is – you have to do Carsten, be open, Humble, dare to doubt but still do. Be true. You. Always. And it is HARD.
Synergizing Leadership is about systematically growing safe but challenging relationships – and that is ONLY done TOGETHER.
We are all the same – unique.

How to use it and learn from that? SYSTEMATICALLY?
I have, together with you, super-smart people – who know who you are – grown the 3E Masterminds learning and growing process – it is simple.
Systematically learning and growing =
If you want to do your best AND learn – you need feedback = from the other you-nique perspectives in the world | so this brings us TOGETHER.
THE process is simple, but not easy:
a) You have to grow your ability | to be able to, as in deliberately KNOW
b) Then you have to grow your capability | to be able to DO from experimenting and learning
c) = based on the learning by doing – experiential learning – you will then find ONE thing – and need to do the HARDEST PART of growing it into a CORE HABIT for the role (identity) you want to establish and then grow even better.
THIS – growing through the synergy process I call base-camping. Base-camping is the process of climbing the mountain.
You – nique story is about the iceberg – who are you, all the 5 levels of self-awareness.
The MOUNTAIN story is about the 5 roles you grow in a company.
Synergizing Leadership is about systematically growing safe but challenging relationships – so we add value – always. And it can only be done by growing smarter TOGETHER.
Bring your best version of yourself – into any situation – and by learning how to synergize together – you will always do your true best. And that is not work – it is living – deliberately, a happier life, systematically.
Thank`s Carsten, you brought me a step further – towards REAL Synergizing Leadership, by being a version of IT – already, by you being you-nique. Together we me.
So – I fucked up – and learned – again. Fuck it is hard, life, but it is great too. Sometimes. We live for those – sometimes when we find, use and grow – together.
By the way – you are a genius is said – and you are, the definition of a genius, someone who see the world uniquely differently.
