IF so, EMPATHY IS KEY TO TEAM PERFORMANCE

I don’t know Luis – but I feel like writing this as if. I am studying the best leaders – always, I have to, being a coach and synergizer in the area.


So – what is it – EMPATHY | well – it is hard, and easy – at the same time. You are unique – actually

We are all the same UNIQUE

We all – also want the same – to be seen, heard, understood = and here is why and how

Two good books to look into:

As Daniel Golman and Cary Cherniss say in their brilliant book OPTIMAL – there are three kinds of empathy and as Chris Voss shows in his brilliant book NEVER SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE – where he brings up tactical empathy (how to use it – the 3 kinds) = empathy-maturity

What Luis seem to have done is to grow a team where they all matter as much – as all the others. The key in we is me – unique + together = synergizing leadership.
